On Dec. 5th I completed and submitted an application to have MinCoin added to the ALTcointip bot on reddit. Today I was notified that the application has been accepted and that MinCoin is now supported and added in to the ALTcointip bot application on reddit.

    Thanks to the support of miners around the planet, support for BIP66 and BIP65 is over 75% in the last 10,000 blocks.
    Once 95% of the last 10,000 blocks are mined using the v0.13.0 wallet the BIPs will become active and blocks from the earlier wallets will be rejected.

I'm not 100% sure if you follow when I say that is a "paid press release". So, I will give you an example. I could very easily write an article about MinCoin, touting it as the 'Greatest' cryptocurrency in existence. And then I could go on to say that Bitcoin and Litecoin are both inferior scam coins. Guess what, since I am 'paying' for that article to be released it would/will be released.

I do not have any of the listed currencies for donation and outside of Mincoin I only have a few other alts that are worth less to nothing compared to Mincoin's current price. However, being a long-time MNC holder I would still like to help if possible?

Heute haben wir eine Änderung an diesem Schwierigkeitsanpassungs Algorythmus vorgenommen, um eine stabilere Netzwerk-Hashrate zu erreichen und auch dazu beizutragen, das 1 Minuten Block/Bestätigungsziel zu stabilisieren. Dies sollte auch dazu beitragen, die Rentabilität das Mincoin schürfens zu verbessern. Dies erfordert jedoch ein obligatorisches Update des MinCoin QT Clients und Daemons für alle Miner und Poolbetreiber. Wir bitten alle, vor Block 75000 ein Upgrade durchzuführen, da ab hier der neue Schwierigkeitsanpassungs Algorythmus in Kraft tritt.

Das Mining begann um 00:21 UTC am 3. April 2013 und wurde im IRC und im WWW kurz darauf angekündigt. Es gibt kein Premining!
Erste Schritte: Solo mining: Starte mincoin.exe oder compiliere aus der Source von Github. Es wird sofort beendet, da keine gültige Konfigurationsdatei gefunden wurde. Gehe zum Verzeichnis %appdata%\mincoin und erstelle eine Datei namens mincoin.conf. In dieser Datei fügen Sie zwei Zeilen hinzu:
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
Speichern Sie dann die Datei. Führen Sie nun mincoin.exe erneut aus. Führen Sie CGMINER aus und verweisen Sie ihn auf 127.0.0.1:9335 mit dem Benutzernamen "user" und dem Passwort von "pass".
