Android/iOS - Devs NEEDED!

Recommended Posts

Hey,

now that Mincoin is on it's way to being re-branded and re-launched with a whole new look and feel, part of this initiative will be to ensure we have wallets that are compatible with both Android and iOS, and having a simple Android price ticker (widget) tied to MCXnow (the home of MNC) would be nice too - but wallets are priority.

Do we have anybody here that's capable of coding something like this, starting with the wallets? I can help with design and graphics if need be.

I agree, we really need mnc to be cross platform/OS compatible to appeal to the masses. We may end up having to hire a coder/programmer for this if we cant find a mnc community member with the skills needed to get involved with the project. Either way lets try to get someone lined up on this within the next few days ;)

I've posted a thread over on bitcointalk:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=417108.0

- Delivery within ~5 days
- Allow users to sign up for a wallet that is stored on their phone
- Allow users to send and receive Mincoins between accounts (to any wallet ID/QR code)
- Allow users to see current exchange rates (live from mcxNow.com)
- Have QR code that links to their address

Expect to hear from someone who already developed the DevCoin wallet

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=417108.msg4608609#msg4608609

I believe this is what he was compensated for: http://www.freelancer.ca/projects/Mobile-Phone-Android/DevCoin-Android-Wallet.html?utm_expid=294858-84.oy8UyaayTBq7hFQCfpesQQ.0&utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.ca%2F

I think he's our man for the job.

  • 7 months later...

Looks like that guy was living in wonderland where he was the president. Apparently he was the only one living there...

I've posted up something on freelancer.ca: https://www.freelancer.ca/projects/Mobile-Phone-Android/MinCoin-Android-Wallet.html

I'm also taking a few other avenues...

Look at price.. now you know why I said what I said for compensation. Seems most people just don't get it. There is a demand for this code but only a few people can do it...looking at what I asked before you would have been laughing now.

Ofcourse you're probably not even around anymore so lesson is not learned. Anyways if you want to talk properly now im still here and I suggested to SuperTramp that MinCoin should probably add merge-mining something that I can do aswell so that the network hash is taken care of.
