Hello Supertramp!
I do not have any of the listed currencies for donation and outside of Mincoin I only have a few other alts that are worth less to nothing compared to Mincoin's current price. However, being a long-time MNC holder I would still like to help if possible?
I know there used to be a mnc/foundation/donation address at one time. If I could, I would like to help out on the mnc side of this donation and supply-donate the 1400mnc [if my math is correct]. Can you please post the foundation/donation address for mnc and I will send 1400mnc.
And I would also like to say 'thanks' I know you have bared the brunt of the expenses running things the past ~5years and as a mnc holder I really appreciate all you have done and the rest of the team's time and work breathing "new life" back into this project over the past 6-8 months!

    Glad you're following us and keeping in touch with updates to Mincoin.
    We should be releasing the new client very soon.
    Basically, for the new version we have implemented Dark Gravity Wave v3 for the difficulty adjustment algorithm; have increased the coinbase maturity factor to approximately 5 hours and are now working on the fees.  We want the fees to be reasonable so that it doesn't cost a faucet 0.1 MNC to send some test coins and so that a miner can transfer a days worth of rewards without too many fees.
    Our TestNet3 is active with the changes.  The latest version of the Testnet3 client is v0.8.7.7.
    We'll keep you posted.

Great news! We have ported changes/updates to the existing Mincoin code and have had a successful test run of a new version of the Mincoin Client/Wallet.
Both Linux and Windows v0.8.8.0 have been working flawlessly and we have moved on to testing a New Difficulty Re-Targeting Algorithm! 
-New Difficulty Re-Targeting Algorithm Dark Gravity Wave has been chosen for Mincoin. We have tested it, tested it some more and Then Tested It Again and it has proven itself to work perfectly within the Mincoin network.
 
We are expecting to have a public release of the New Clients within the next 3-5 days. RELEASED !!

I'm sure many of you have noticed that MinCoin has been having some issues with our Difficulty re-target causing a lot of instability in MNC network hashrate, Transaction Confirmation times and overall mining profitability compared to other coins. Today we have made a change to that Difficulty re-target in an effort to help create a more stable network hashrate and to also help stabilize the 1min block/confirm target. This should also help with mincoin mining profitability from a stability standpoint. However, this does require a mandatory update to the mincoin qt client and daemon for all miners and pool operators. We request that everyone upgrade prior to block 75000 as that is the target block for the new Difficulty re-target of 60blocks to take effect. Thanks again for your continued support. Getting Started: Solo mining: Run mincoin.exe or compile the source from github. It should close down immediately after not finding a valid config file. -Go to %appdata%\mincoin directory and create a file called mincoin.conf . In this file add two lines
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
Then save the file. Now run mincoin.exe again.Run CGMINER and point it to http://127.0.0.1:9335 with the username of "user" and password of "pass" If you use CGMINER set the flag "--expiry 1" option to make sure you avoid stales, ie cgminer --scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:9335 -u user -p pass --expiry 1

MinCoin (Min is short for minimalist) has CPU/GPU based scrypt mining 1 minute blocks and only 10 million total coins. Only 2880 MinCoins are mined each day for the next 10 years. A low total amount and fast blocks make MinCoin a good long term prospect for a Crypto-Commodity project.
